You have reached the website of Mark S. Ramsey. There has been some incantation of this website since late 1994. Originally, the web pages where served through the netcom.com (eventually swallowed up by Earthlink) ftp server because they had no web server available for its users. 11 years later, the site is moving to WordPress, enjoy. More stuff soon to come.
