I found a cool new site called Flickr Ticker, click over at http://www.flickrticker.com/. It looks like these folks are grabbing flickr pics and floating them on the website based on “interestingness”. Professional photographers are dead.

I’d like to talk about an issue dear to my heart, the Dallas Mavericks. I have been a Mavericks fan since they began, a year after moving to the Dallas area when I was a child. They were the lovable losers. Now, if they lose with this much talent, it will be very difficult to love them. They will be the first first seeded team in NBA history to loose to an 8 seed. That’s correct, last year’s Finals meltdown will be eclipsed be another meltdown. Dirk is not the MVP, he has been exposed. Once the defense is cranked up on the German, he falls. It is very sad to see, there was so much promise. Now if the Mavs lose tonight it will be a sad day in Mavsland.
