Google Apps Fail

Well, sometime in the last 24 hours, google changed a setting somewhere that made E-mail notifying me of customer issues and orders on the shopping cart fail to get to me. When this first happened, I thought, OK, I’ll just contact Google Apps support, they’ll take care of it, that’s why I pay extra for it. 24 hours later, I haven’t heard a thing from Google other than a canned E-mail response. I thought Google was trying to provide business services, appearantly not. I was finally able to route around their change, yet I bet there are alot of folks out there that would be powerless to do anything. I hope Google knows that it would be unwise to start dropping the ball.
